❓ How long does shipping take?
All items are made-to-order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then ships with tracking. Standard U.S. delivery usually arrives within 3–7 business days after production.
❓ Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free U.S. shipping is included on every order.
❓ Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. International shipping may be added in the future.
❓ What if my hoodie or tee doesn’t fit?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn and unwashed. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective. Please check our size chart before ordering.
❓ What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us right away. We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.
❓ Do you accept returns on personalized/custom items?
No, personalized or custom items are non-returnable, unless defective.
